In My Words of Affirmation, I invite you to a vulnerable process of affirming yourself in words that lift you up and demolish the words that bring you down. I use God's Word to not only affirm myself, but uproot and destroy words that held me hostage. Remember, the battle is in your mind and you have the authority to change it and overcome it.
